Online event – UK & German Chapter – 22 February 2024 – 12:30-14:00 CET

The UK Chapter and German Chapter of AIA-ArbIt-40 are excited to invite you to their upcoming joint event: “Looking ahead: arbitration law reforms across Europe – a comparative analysis”. 

Join us on 22 February 2024 at 12:30 – 14:00 (CET) for an online event where we will discuss the most recent reforms and developments of the arbitration laws in Italy, the UK and Germany. We have a stellar panel to present all three jurisdictions and engage in a comparative analysis: Severa Azzarello from the Italian Ministry of Justice, Professor Loukas Mistelis from Clyde & Co’s London office and Nadine Lederer from the German Federal Ministry of Justice. Jan Alessandrini (Withers – UK) and Pauline Walde (Ashurst – DEU) will moderate the event, which will be held in English and include a Q&A session.
