Milan – 1 feb 2024 – Selected Issues in International Arbitration: Efficiency, GDPR and AI

As the IX edition of the AIA-CAM Pre-Moot approaches, we are thrilled to invite you to “Selected Issues in International Arbitration: Efficiency, GDPR and AI”, a conference AIA-ArbIt-40, ArbIt, AIA and CAM jointly organized as the inaugural event of this year’s gathering to discuss the core themes of the Vis Moot problem. The event, which will be held in English, will take place on 1 February 2024 between  2:30 and 4:00 pm at the premises of the Camera Arbitrale di Milano, Via Meravigli 9/B, Milan, Italy.

The speakers – Anamaria Marin (SLCG), Jacopo Piemonte (De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani), and Letizia Ceccarelli (Squire Patton Boggs) – will take turns addressing the main topics of the Vis Moot problem. Further details are available in the attached flyer.
