Dear Friends and Members of AA40,

We are happy to invite you to “Managing Disputes in the Space Sector”, a cross-over event jointly organized by AA40 and the Space Arbitration Association. A quintet of stellar speakers, including Laura Zielinski (University of Cologne/SAA), Severin Klinkmüller (European Space Agency), Barbara Gandolfi (Thales Alenia Space Italia S.p.A.), Michele Curatola (Clifford Chance), and Riccardo Loschi (Lalive), will guide the audience through the ins and outs of the space sector and its dispute resolution mechanisms.

The conference will take place on Tuesday, 15 October 2024 at 5:00 pm in the Milan office of DLA Piper (Via della Posta 7, Milan), which will kindly host us and offer drinks! Further details are available in the attached flyer.
