AIA-ArbIt-40 Swiss Chapter announces the Pranzo Arbitrale’s third edition, in-person meetings co-occurring in Geneva and Zurich, connected by videoconference. The meetings start with a short presentation followed by a discussion in an informal setting.

In this third meeting, the discussion will address practical aspects, tips, tricks and war stories relating to opening statements – are they overvalued or underestimated?
