Applications to join the Executive Committee of AA40 for the 2025-2027 mandate are open!

AA40 is looking for six new Executive Committee Members.

The Executive Committee plays a vital role, as its members assist the Co-Chairs in all day-to-day activities of AA40, including the organization of events, publications, and administrative issues.

If you are a Member of AA40 as of 12 January 2025 and are interested in this position, please send your application to info@aia-arbit-40.org by 31 January 2025. The application shall include:

• An expression of interest not exceeding 500 words;
• A CV not exceeding one page;
• Confirmation that you are less than 40 years old as of 12 January 2025;
• Confirmation that you currently do not hold any leadership position in other below-40 arbitration associations worldwide.

We encourage applications from any Member under 40 years of age (attorneys, in-house counsel, academics, employees at arbitral institution, trainees, students in their last year, etc.), whether based in Italy or abroad.

In keeping with the Principles of AA40, the Co-Chairs will select the Executive Committee members among applicants based on criteria of merit, competence, prior involvement in the activities of AA40, regional and gender diversity, and balance of different professional backgrounds.

This is a unique opportunity for young arbitration practitioners, scholars, and lawyers to team up for the advancement of the Italian below-40 arbitration community. We look forward to receiving your applications!
