We are delighted to invite you to “Arbitrations involving States: Unique Features and Key Challenges”, the only official side event of the 3rd Bocconi International Arbitration Conference.
A distinguished panel, featuring Paolo Busco (Twenty Essex), Christina Hioureas (Foley Hoag LLP) and Túlio Di Giacomo Toledo (Permanent Court of Arbitration), and moderated by Giorgio Risso (Cleary Gottlieb), will explore the unique challenges and features of arbitrations involving States. This is an incredible opportunity to hear from global leaders in the field as they share best practices and key insights from their everyday practice.
The event will take place on Wednesday, 7 May 2025, at 4.30 pm at the Milan office of Cleary Gottlieb (Via San Paolo 7), which will kindly host us. A cocktail reception will follow.
