On this occasion, we are also pleased to remind you of our special AA40 side event, jointly organized together with ArbIt and ICC YAAF taking place on 9 June 2025: “Institutional Oversight: Balancing Party Autonomy and Procedural Integrity in International Arbitration”. The event will be hosted by White & Case (Piazza Diaz 2, Milan) from 4:15 to 7 pm CEST (drinks to follow).
