Exciting opportunity for AA40 members!
Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza Roma Tre and Associazione Italiana per l’Arbitrato – AIA, in partnership with the Camera Arbitrale di Milano and UNIDROIT – International Institute for the Unification of Private Law, have organized the twelfth edition of the Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration, to be held from 10 to 15 November 2025, at Roma Tre University School of Law.
The program is held entirely in English and is structured into five days of frontal classes and practical roundtables led by world-class academics, in-house counsel and practitioners, aimed at providing theoretical and practical insights about international commercial and investment arbitration.
The program also includes participation in the Twelfth Annual International Arbitration Lecture jointly organized by Roma Tre University and UNIDROIT, which will be delivered by Eduardo Silva Romero, Founding Partner of Wordstone and Chair of the ICC Institute of World Business Law. Participants will further have the opportunity to attend the Second Roma Tre – UNIDROIT Centre Annual Conference, which will feature, among other distinguished speakers, prominent arbitrators such as Diego Fernández Arroyo, James Hosking and Alexis Mourre.
Participants will also have access to various networking activities.
Members of AA40 as of 30 September 2025 will enjoy a 20% reduction in the Registration Fees (equal to €640,00 instead of €800,00 for students, and to €760,00 instead of €950,00 for practitioners).
