Within the context of the 2025 Annual Conference of the Camera Arbitrale di Milano, AA40 is proud to support this fantastic event, organized by Young ICCA.
Former Young ICCA Co-Chairs Camilla Gambarini (Withers, London) and Panagiotis Chalkias (White & Case, Geneva) will face off in a mock hearing before an exceptional tribunal featuring Kate Jackson-McGill KC (formerly Kate Davies) (Skadden, London), Laurence Shoreย (Seladore Legal, Milan-London), and Roland Ziade (Linklaters, Paris).
And thatโs just the beginning: after the oral advocacy duel, both arbitrators and counsel will share their top tips, strategies, and insider secrets for delivering a truly outstanding oral argument.
The session will be introduced by Stefano Azzali and moderated by Benedetta Coppo (both Milan Chamber of Arbitration). The event will be preceded by a networking lunch (starting at 12:00) and conclude with a networking coffee, offering participants an opportunity to connect and exchange ideas.
