On the occasion of the official opening of the XI edition of the AIA-CAM Pre-Moot, AA40 and ArbIt – Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR will jointly organise a conference titled:
“Arbitration in Bloom: institutional rules ratione temporis, third-party funding disclosure, and unforeseeable impediments.”
The event will take place on Thursday, 26 February 2026, at 5:00 p.m., and will be kindly hosted by ADVANT Nctm, at its offices in Via delle Quattro Fontane 161, Rome.
